London looking very Christmassy now. I`m looking forward to meeting the group for our two day Proactive #Assistant course.
Today we cover the importance of the Assistant`s role, the vital basics of communication, confidence and assertiveness. We also talk about organisational change, limiting beliefs and understanding other people`s behaviours.
Tomorrow will be an introduction to project management, chairing and minuting meetings and presentation skills.
Each day ends with an opportunity to compile a personal action plan with clear goals to achieve their objectives for the training.
