INTRODUCTION
Heather Baker, our founder, is also a TAP.Cert Training Practitioner, holds a Manchester University Certificate of Education and a Paris Chamber of Commerce bilingual secretarial diploma.
She is also a Certified NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming) whose principles she applies in the course of work.
Heather has been married to Ian since August 1979 and they have two adult daughters, Ailsa and Erin. Heather and Ian spend their free time fell walking, reading, watching movies and ballroom and Latin dancing. Ian is also a director of Baker Thompson Associates. Ailsa is a dance teacher and choreographer in Dubai and Erin is a Customer Services Assistant in Cirencester and dances for fun!
